Policies and Warranties

Special Orders:
Special orders are non-stocked items, made at your request.  Please make your selections
carefully and note the following policies:
>  A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase.
>  Arrival time frames are not guaranteed.  They serve only as an estimate of when your
merchandise is expected to arrive and are dependent upon the production schedule of the vendor.
>  Special orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours after placing the order.  After 48 hours
cancellation of special order merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 30% of the
merchandise total.
>  Returned or exchanged special orders are subject to our normal return policy, in addition to the
restocking fee.

Clearance
Clearance items and floor samples are sold " as is ".  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or
make exchanges or repairs.  Warranties do not apply to clearance items.

Payments:
SurplusSaver.com excepts, Master card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, Personal Checks,
Business Checks and cash.

Cashiers check are not accepted.  At the time of purchase, full payment is due for all in-stock items.
 Need financing? Our SurplusSaver.com financing program is the easy, convenient way to make all
your surplussaver.com purchases.  Simply fill out an application and in most cases, your credit line
will be established in a few short minutes.

Limited Warranties:
> SurplusSaver.com extends manufacturers' warranties to the original owner, with proof of
purchase.
>  Warranties apply to in-home, business, normal, non-abusive use.
>  When servicing warranties, w reserve the right to inspect merchandise in your home.
>  Depending on the type of repair required, service may be performed in your home, your
business, at our warehouse or at the manufacturer's factory.
>  SurplusSaver.com may repair, replace or refund your purchase at our discretion.
>  All products are warranted by the manufacturer to be free from material and workmanship.
>  Natural variations occur wood grains, leather hides, dye lots and painted finishes and, therefore,
are not warranted.

Delivery:
A SurplusSaver.com representative will call  you to schedule delivery.  In most local areas, delivery
is available Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays.  You will be given a four-hour window in
which to expect delivery.  Unfortunately, a more specific time cannot be given.  However, at your
request and to make delivery more convenient for you, the driver will be happy to give you a call
when they are on the way.  Please make note of the following items to ensure delivery goes
smoothly:

>  Payment must be made in full prior to delivery or pick-up.
>  Delivery drivers cannot accept payments.
>  If you aren't home during the specified delivery time frame, you will be charged a re-delivery fee
equal to the original delivery charge.
>  Changes to your order must be made 48 hours prior to delivery.
>  During hazardous weather conditions.  SurplusSaver.com reserves the right to cancel deliveries.
>  Once an item is made available, we ask that you take delivery within 30 days.

Merchandise Pick-Up
>  Customer pick-up is located at our distribution centers and at selected stores.
>  Please inspect your merchandise before lading.
>  If you choose to pick-up your merchandise, please bring rope and packing materials to secure
your purchase.
>  SurplusSaver.com personnel will assist you with loading your vehicle, but are not responsible for
securing merchandise.
>  Select stores have specific days designed for customer pick-up.  Your merchandise will only be
available for pick-up on those specified days.
>  we require that you pick-up your merchandise within 7 days of being notified of availability.

Return Policy:
stocked merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a full merchandise refund within 7
days of pick-up or delivery.  Non-refundable fees include the original delivery charge, any assembly
fees and Fabri-Coate charges.  In addition, a pick-up fee (equal to the original delivery charge) will
be retained.  

Refunds
Purchases paid with cash will be refunded by check issued by our corporate office.
Please allow 2 t0 4 weeks for processing.  All other refunds are issued in the same form as original
payment.  Credit cards and bank card refunds will be credited only to the card used for payment.
Catalog and on-line Policies
Credit Cards - SurplusSaver.com gladly accepts Mastercard, VISA, American Express or Discover
card as a deposit for orders by phone, Fax or mail,  Just list all numbers shown on your card plus
expiration date.

Deposit enclosed - a 50% deposit is sufficient to speed orders over $500.00 to first time
customers.  Residential orders require 100% Deposit.

Open Account: - credit is extended to previous customers, business rated D&B 1 or 2 and
government offices, Payment expected in 30 Days,

Leasing Plans: are available on orders greater then $1,500 for companies with good credit and in
business two years or more.
SurplusSaver.com tailgate delivery rates: are based on geographically averaged cost and
include a 15% insurance and handling charge.

Tailgate delivery: requires assistance from the customer.  Inside delivery is available.  Please ask
us for a quote.

Please inspect merchandise: upon delivery and report any damage.  Damage not noted at time
of delivery is customers responsibility unless replacement is ordered.  

Separate-and-hold: for notification by carrier $9.95

Returns and cancellations: after shipment must be authorized in advance and are subject to
round trip shipping charge.  Orders of $2.000 or more are subject to a restocking charge.  Custom
items cannot be cancelled or returned.  Conformations and duplicate orders are the buyer's
responsibility.

Merchandise: shipped F. O. B. Factory.

Prices and manufacturers: product specifications subject to change.  Products ordered at
different times may not match.

Terms: are net 30 days to approved accounts.  Use Visa, Mastercard, American Express or
Discover for faster service.

Product colors: vary in reproduction and dye lot.   If you need a precise color match or your color
is not pictured, please request a free sample of upholstery, wood or metal.

Fire-retardant foam: is required for seating used in California, and other designated areas or
buildings.  We can provide upon request.  Call on of our sales specialists for pricing.  Allow another
two weeks for delivery.

Substitution: of product of equal or superior quality, (Due to mfr. Problems or regional availability
may be made to improve service.
